We hope you're in love with your new purchase, but if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you may start a return here: Return Center.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, in original, unworn condition. Return label MUST be scanned within those 7 days.
• Returns to original payment method are subject to an $8 return fee.
• Returns for store credit are FREE. Once your returned items are received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique code for your store credit amount, available to be used on any future orders.

Unfortunately, due to high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges! Instead, you may return the item (in accordance with the return policy), then place a new order for the new size/color/item.

No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We suggest washing your By Tess items by hand in cold water and then letting them air dry on a line!
No. Using an influencer's discount code does not make your order final sale, unless the items in your order are sale items!
